Malaysia Work Visa Process
Step 1: Job Offer & Calling Visa
- The Malaysian employer applies for your Visa Approval Letter (Calling Visa)
- The employer must be registered and hold an approved foreign-worker quota
Step 2: FWCMS Registration & Medical
- The Foreign Worker Centralized Management System (FWCMS) processes your application
- Pre-departure medical in Pakistan, plus FOMEMA medical after arrival
Step 3: Single Entry Visa (SEV)
- Issued by the Malaysian High Commission in Islamabad
- Based on your approved Calling Visa
Step 4: Protector of Emigrants
- Complete your Protector clearance from BEOE before you travel
Step 5: Travel & Work Permit (PLKS)
- Fly to Kuala Lumpur
- The employer converts your visa into a PLKS work permit
